Returns & exchanges

The Lazy Llama will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage by the customer. For exchanges or refunds in the original payment form, items must be returned within 30 days of original receipt. Items must be returned with all tags still attached and must be in the original packaging. Please contact The Lazy Llama at (810) 676-5128 with any questions about our policy or to initiate a return or exchange.
